HRSS 3.3 Functionality (23 April 2008)

Online Demonstration

Learn about new modules available on HRSS 3.3, such as:

Exit Questions Module: enables employees to complete an exit questionnaire online using HRSS. The employees answers are then recorded in the employees records.

Learning and Development Module: enables HRSS to integrate with PayGlobal Learning and Development tables. This module has the following functionality:

 - Displays qualification, competency and course history

 - Employees can view their learning history

 - Position Gap Analysis shows what an employee requires for their WAP

 - Allows users to search for courses based on course criteria

 - Enables HRSS to like to E-Learning courses

 - Allows employee feedback on courses

 - Allows employees to create a development plan

Enhanced Grid Reporting: You can now configure grid report data on HRSS

Enhancements have also been made in:

 - Health and Safety                - Organization Chart

 - My Details                           - Timesheets

 - Home Page                         - Transactions

 - Delegations

 - Leave
