This is a great opportunity to learn more about PayGlobal from our professional consultants for FREE! This webinar will demonstrate the benefits of Learning and Development for both Employee and Managers. Employees and Managers can use Learning & Development to perform the following procedures:
- View their Learning & Development history for qualifications, competencies and course history. Managers can also view this information for the employees who report directly to them.
- View the Position GAP Analysis, which displays the courses that are training requirements for an employee's position and shows the courses and competencies that they have achieved.
- Search for courses based on course criteria. When an employee finds a course that they would like to attend, they can request to go on that course. Their manager must approve their course booking.
Managers also have access to the following function:
- Book employees who report to them on a course.
- Submit feedback for courses that they have attended.
- Create a Development plan; Managers must approve Employee Development plans.
Managers can also create a plan for employees who report to them.
