Eclipse employs a team of people who work for and represent the interests of our clients. During the implementation process you will rely on your Eclipse Project Team and most importantly, your Project Manger who is responsible for ensuring your site is implemented on time and on budget.
Once you have ‘gone live’ you will be introduced to your Account Manager and the Client Services Team in your location. Our Client Services Team is your main conduit to Eclipse and will ensure you’re kept well informed and connected to that latest developments at Eclipse and with your site’s solution.
As an Eclipse client, there is a range of value-add initiatives that are available to you as part of your annual maintenance agreement. Your Client Services Team will keep you informed of all the latest Eclipse offerings.
Most importantly, the Client Services Team is ready to take your feedback into Eclipse. This information will then be used to drive new service and support projects at Eclipse – ensuring our continual evolution and improvement.
